Bookings & Customer Service Assistant – Grimsby – Up to £25,000Chase & Holland are delighted to be assisting a large logistics business, who are looking for a proactive and strong communicator to join their team as a Bookings & Customer Service professional.This is an excellent opportunity for a focused and organised individual to join a thriving business, working within a team orientated environment offering potential to progress and develop.Benefits:

Bookings & Customer Service Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring any shipping issues are being managed and the customer is informed throughout
  • Communicating with customers through various methods, i.e. telephone and email
  • Liaising with internal departments as and when necessary, such as Export Planners
  • Effectively and accurately updating the internal software to maintain information
  • Providing an exceptional level of customer service from start to finish
  • Producing relevant paperwork for trailer deliveries
Required Skills & Experience:
  • IT literate
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Export customs clearance experience desirable
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
