Job Description

Polish speaking Administrator Grimethorpe, BarnsleyPlease call Halo Personnel for salary information and for guidance throughout the application and interview process.Hours of work Mon - Thurs 08:30 -17:00 (45 minutes lunch) Fri - 08:30 - 16:00 (1 hour lunch)You must hold a valid UK driving licence and be fluent in Polish to be considered for this roleAbout the Company:Our client is the leading supplier of fitted Kitchen and Bedroom furniture in the UK, for new build homes, holding 50% of the market share. They supply major housebuilders such as Barratt and Taylor Wimpey, as well as private property developers of inner-cityhigh-rise projects and social housing providers, where a diverse product range and outstanding service sets our client apart. They are now looking for a Polish speaking Administrator to join their team. The purpose of the Polish speaking Administrator is toprovide additional support to the team in both administrative duties and polish translation. Duties and responsibilities of the Polish speaking Administrator:

  • Attend meetings both face to face and over the telephone where Polish translation is required
  • Translate documents and emails between Polish and English
  • HR administration including induction and new starter paperwork, amendments to contracts and references
  • General office duties including maintaining the department’s manual and electronic filing systems, photocopying, answering telephone
  • Fleet administration including allocation of vehicles, updating the database and lease company website, arranging MOTs, services and repairs and valets on pool vehicles
Requirements to fulfil the role of Polish speaking Administrator:
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken and must be able to speak and write Polish (as a lot of their work force speak Polish whom will benefit from a Polish speaking Administrator that can assist with translating)
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Experience working in an administrative role
  • Discreet and honest due to the nature of the role
  • Have a professional and friendly manner
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and methodical in your approach to work
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
