Job Description

Our client have an exciting opportunity for aHuman Resources Administrator (Polish Speaking)to join the team based in Barnsley. They are currently seeking the very best people, to further strengthen their position within the industry by appointing dedicated individuals to share in their success.TheHuman Resources Administratorrole:As theirHuman Resources Administrator,you willprovide support to the team in both administrative duties and Polish translation.key responsibilities of the Human Resources Administratorrole:

  • Attending meetings both face to face and over the telephone, where Polish translation is required.
  • Translating documents and emails between Polish and English.
  • HR administration including induction and new starter paperwork, amendments to contracts and references.
  • Maintaining the HR database and accurate personnel records.
This list is not exhaustive, and may require other duties from time to time, as issued by the HR Manager or HR Officer.To meet the requirements of their Human Resources Administratoryou must be:
  • Fluent in both English and Polish (ideally educated in both Poland and the UK due to the requirement for accurate written translations).
  • Computer literate.
  • Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment with strict and varied deadlines.
  • Discreet and honest as confidentiality is essential.
As their Human Resources Administrator,you will also have:
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Polish.
  • Previous administration experience.
  • A confident and friendly manner both over the telephone and face to face.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • The ability to manage conflicting priorities and work to your own routine.
  • A full UK driving licence as you will be required to assist with company vehicles.
