ABOUT THE ROLEBased at Hollywood Bowl at The O2, you will be responsible for identifying and maximising opportunities to increase revenue in specific Hollywood Bowl and Puttstars centres, through targeted sales and events.In this highly autonomous, standalone role, you will be fully accountable for:
  • Developing a sales and marketing plan for our key target centres, including Hollywood Bowl Surrey Quays, The O2, Cheltenham, and all Puttstars centres
  • Working alongside Regional Managers and Centre Managers to help achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Producing reports and measuring return on investment for key projects, including customer feedback
  • Ensuring all events are well communicated to teams
  • Coaching Centre Managers and equipping them with the tools to execute all events to the highest standard
  • Keeping in touch with local competitor sales activity and utilising this information to strategise accordingly
To be successful, we would like to see:
  • Relevant sales or marketing experience in a multi-site business
  • Passion and understanding of the UK leisure business
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and CRM solutions, including e-communications, data collection and segmentation, etc
  • Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Proven ability to be self-starting; working on own initiative
  • Willingness to work as an integral part of a small senior management team
  • Desire to motivate and inspire peers
  • Great organisational skills
