Heating Engineer - Permanent RolesWe are looking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced individuals to undertake the post of Heating Engineer within the Property Services Team.Come and join our teamWe build, manage and look after homes for people across the North. We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package that supports the wellbeing of our people.- Heating Engineers - Permanent roles- Salary is £32,518 per annum- Location: Stanley- Regular travel will be required within the Northeast area- Fully stocked company van provided- 37 Hours per week on a working pattern rota.- You will be required to participate in the standby rota for out of hours emergencies, which attracts additional payments.- Generous benefits package including 26 days annual leave on commencement rising to 31 days after 3 years service, occupational pension, health cash plan, and birthday leave, with the option of a flexible pot towards enhanced benefits.The Role of Heating EngineerThese roles are to fill 2 vacancies within our Operations team.
