Job Description

Tax lawyerQC Legal is excited to partner with our highly reputable client, a Tier 1 Legal 500 international law firm. This giant is looking for a tax lawyer to work in their esteemed Manchester Office. The exciting mix of international clientele, award winning teams and a commitment to innovation, means that you will be presented with an opportunity to work on challenging and market leading projects.What you’ll be doing:

  • Advising on a wide range of substantial and major tax transactions with an exciting cross border angle, specifically real estate and corporate tax.
  • Working on substantial, complex, high value and international deals.
  • You will be advising on a number of exciting projects, such as acting on behalf of property developers on SDLT and VAT, tax on national infrastructure and property investment and major PE deals.
  • As a top tax lawyer, you can expect to work on intellectually challenging and impressive opportunities.
About you:
  • Dedicated, ambitious, and adept, with stellar communication, technical and commercial ability.
  • A demonstrable ingenuity for tax law, with a real flair for strategy.
  • Superb previous experience within tax law, with a history of working on high value deals and international firms and 3-7 PQE.
  • Consistent in delivering excellent results, showing real competency and passion, which is demonstrable in your previous experience.
  • Excellent client management and relationship skills.
