  • Develop all software to the highest possible standards, following the guidelines employed by the company.
  • Work collaboratively within the scrum team providing feedback to other members of the software development team via regular code reviews.
  • Contribute fully to the refinement and implementation of software user stories.
  • Create and maintain application documentation such as architectural design, build pipelines and technical information.
  • Play a key role in assisting the reduction of technical debt on the application, planning, and implementing the improvement of maintainability, and performance.
What you will be good at as a software engineer:
  • Developing and enhancing enterprise scale software solutions on a C# .Net / .Net Core stack.
  • Have demonstrable knowledge of SOLID principles, best practice coding standards, and design patterns, and how theyre implemented within software development.
  • Confidently contribute to group discussions and team meetings, sharing your ideas and suggesting potential solutions and or ideas to improve process across the wider department.
  • Passionately keep abreast of the latest technologies and trends within technology.
  • Enjoy pushing the boundaries of software development and encouraging your peers to do the same.
