Were on a mission to give our colleagues an amazing work/life balance!Job title: Business ManagerLocation: Regional Role - Greater London (Office Based with flexibility)Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum dependent on experienceHours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to FridayContract: PermanentWe have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Business Manager.About the role:We are looking for a highly organised individual, with excellent communication skills, able to liaise with people at all levels including internally and externally. You will provide a professional, effective and responsive administration service to the schoolcommunity.The role will entail partly administrative duties and partly working with systems and analytics, so a background with both will be key for the successful candidate.What we are looking for:

  • Experience working with systems / analytics
  • Experience with learning new systems
  • Previousexperience in a similar role
  • GCSE, or equivalent, in English and Maths
  • Ability to compose clear, accurate reports
  • Experience of administration work, preferably within an educational environment
  • A good working knowledge of effective administrative systems and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confident telephone manner
  • Customer focused
  • Experience of working with highly confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Be able to show initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate – including being extremely proficient in excel
  • Willingness to undertake group induction training and a strong commitment to CPD
