The Role The firm are looking for Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join their busy city centre department in Manchester. You will join a well-established team that is going through organic growth due to the success of the Real Estate Financedepartment, a leading key area of the firm. You will cover a broad caseload of all types commercial property finance including secured lending, bridging finance and complex transactions all of which are on the lender side. You will be a team player with strongcommunication skills; combined with a friendly and professional approach to work and will be adept at working to targets within a busy team.
