Public and Regulatory Solicitor Graeter Manchester Based Hybrid working £ Market Rate Full Time Flexible Start Date A public sector organisation in Greater Manchester requires a Public and Regulatory Solicitor to join their team on a locum basis. The clientis seeking a candidate with previous regulatory experience, ideally gained within a public sector organisation. This an extremely interesting role and opportunities like this do not arise often! The successful candidate will have previous legal experienceand duties will include: * Conducting Legal research * Providing legal advice * Dealing with Public Inquiries * General inquests work * Court work advocacy * Preparing court files The position is to begin in the New Year on a full-time basis for an initialperiod of 3 months although it is likely to be a longer contract. Candidates who are seeking a more flexible working pattern will also be considered. This role is offering remote and agile working conditions, with some attendance at court and in the officeas required.
