Job Description

THIS ROLE IS ONLY OPEN TO U.K. QUALIFIED SOLICITORSQC Legal is pleased to be working with an established firm in their search for a newly qualified Real Estate Lawyer. This role is open across the North including Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield, and Yorkshire. We are searching for someone talented withan appetite for success. Will it be youThe Role

  • You will be expected to advise clients on their most complex real estate challenges. You will also be expected to act in relation but not limited to, sales and acquisitions, development work, portfolio management and lettings and pre-lets (acting for bothlandlords and tenants).
  • Possible clients include but arent limited to international landowners, property developers, occupiers, local councils and other authorities and investors - there will never be a dull day!
  • As a junior, you will receive support and guidance from the rest of your team to grant you the confidence to fulfil your ambitions at the firm.
The Ideal PersonYou
  • You will have excellent academics, achieving a minimum 2:1 at Undergraduate level at either a Redbrick or an Oxbridge University.
  • You will have acquired your training at a reputable regional, national or City firm and be able to demonstrate a strong track record.
  • You will be commercially astute, technically strong and an excellent team player.
  • Additionally, you will demonstrate a strong client orientated approach and take a keen interest in business development for the firm.
