PROGRAMME & PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER, Creative EnterpriseTHE ROLECreative England and the Creative Industries Federation joined forces in 2020 and are now part of the Creative UK group. We are the network for the Creative Industries, and we know that connection changes everything. Our overarching mission is to leverage the economic, social and cultural value of the UKs creative economy to build prosperity and bring communities together. We are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.Creative Enterprise has been developed with National Lottery funding from the BFI, to increase the sustainability of the moving image sector in the English regions outside of London. This pioneering programme is a bespoke set of initiatives for ambitious screen businesses to access connections, training and networks to achieve business growth. This has proved transformational for participating businesses.Our Programme & Partnerships Manager will lead on Creative Enterprise: Evolve which prepares high-potential screen businesses for growth capital. You will be passionate about growing an established network and have an interest in developing as an advocate on behalf of cutting-edge sector priorities. This role is pivotal to our partnership engagement, development and shaping our broader programme offer. You will act as our interface between some of the most prominent organisations and key players across the UKs creative sector.The ideal candidate will have demonstrable knowledge of the creative sector and its investment landscape. This should tell us why you are suited to the role, your motivations and anything else youd like our panel to know!*KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDELIVERYLead and support all delivery activities across Evolve, providing strategic direction and design for the programmeLine management of a dedicated Programme Coordinator, leading through effective coaching, performance management and work planningBuild and maintain a community of investors to help build a connected ecosystem of investors for the sectorProject manage planning, schedules and budgets for approved activity; in line with the contracted spending and outputs quarterly profileOversee delivery and collection of data from businesses including client registration forms, attendance records, meeting documentation and company records of product development and job creation.Source delivery partners and industry mentors in line with programme objectivesLead on the organisation of relevant programme events, workshops, surgeries, and seminars, with assistance from the wider team and with a variety of audiences in mindOverall control for the client management of participants and partners (including alumni), reviewing progress, monitoring performance and providing advice guidance and feedback on business growth and investmentCreate reports and provide updates on delivery as required at team meetings, liaising with colleagues to ensure a joined-up and holistic approachManage funding application forms via Creative Englands CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and oversee Coordinator duties across data entry, participant feedback and investment follow up.Use the CRM database to create reports and maintain accurate data on programme beneficiaries as well as retaining paper files alongside which are high quality and compliant for auditPARTNERSHIPS & ENGAGEMENTWork alongside a fellow Programme Manager for Creative Enterprise business support to inform broader programme strategy. This will include identifying opportunities to join forces, and representing the overall programme at events and meetings. Develop credible relationships with a range of partners, organisations, thought leaders and stakeholders in the regions to promote our objectives for Creative Enterprise and Creative UK.Build excellent relationships internally with teams to ensure effective, integrated and joined-up delivery of programme activity where possible.Ensuring an appropriate balance is struck between our obligations as a delivery partner and the need to explore other market opportunities.Develop knowledge and partnerships with key talent, specifically in the games, digital, TV and film related supply chain as well as new market entrants, undertaking appropriate research as requestedTo be an ambassador for the wider company; maintaining a professional approach always, sustaining a high level of visibility and networking by attending relevant industry events and public speaking opportunitiesTo undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required.All staff must develop Creative UKs commitment to equal opportunities and promote non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work undertaken.Required experience, knowledge and skills:
