Job Description

HI London - Regents Park The OpportunityWe are looking for a team player who is a problem solver and wants to be part of a growing team. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and relentless drive to achieve excellence.As a Maintenance Team Member, you will ensure that the hotel is kept in excellent condition. From checking fire alarms and minor repairs completed in a quick manner. You will be responsible for the day-to-day preventative & reactive maintenance within thehotel.You will need to make sure that the upkeeping of all areas is clean and tidy. All tasks need to be carried out to a high standard whilst adhering to health and safety legislation. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will take responsibility for themanagement and performance of the department.Benefits

Ideal Candidate
  • You will already be a pro with tools and will have experience in performing day-to-day maintenance
  • As Maintenance Team Member you will have experience in one or more building trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting/ decorating, or general building maintenance.
