Job Description

Morson are partnering with a leading Public Sector business who are based out of the Manchester area. Our client employs over 3,000 people across their main office network in the UK.Our client is about to embark on a period of significant change and is looking to recruit an Interim Head of HR Operations to manager a number of HR related projects for a period of 6 months. Reporting to the HR Director, this role will work as part of theHR Leadership Team to lead several HR change programmes whilst also leading / supporting the HR Operations teams.Key areas of responsibility:

  • Oversee and provide leadership to the HR Advisory team
  • Manage the internal recruitment function
  • Lead HR Systems change
  • Implement change linked to Reward & Pensions
  • Implement business change
  • Support the broader COEs and HR Leadership team
  • Lead all HR Change activity
This role will suit an experienced Head of HR / Head of HR Shared Service who is looking for their next challenge. The role will run for a period of c6 months and you will be directly employed on a fixed term basis. Candidate applying to this role will berequired to start the contract ASAP - as such, our client will only accept applications where a candidate has a notice period of less than 4 weeks.This role is based in the Manchester area but will offer some flexibility to work from home for part of the week.
