Housing Disrepair Solicitor - Legal 500 - Mancheaster We seek an adept Housing Disrepair Litigator to join the team. The ideal candidate will manage their own caseload while supporting senior fee earners on larger matters. As we undergo growth, you willhave opportunities for advancement within the firm. This role is tailored for Housing Disrepair fee earners with a proven track record seeking a training contract. Upon successful completion of a probationary period, a training contract will be offered. Responsibilities:* Overseeing Housing Disrepair claims, particularly those requiring litigation. * Crafting correspondence and compiling file notes. * Drafting legal documents like witness statements. * Preparation and attendance at court proceedings. * Conducting legal research.* Collaborating with clients, counterparts, surveyors, and the court. * Ensuring document quality and consistency through proofreading. * Meeting set targets and KPIs to deliver top-notch service to clients.
