As our new Head of Sales, youll get just that!Joining as our Head of Sales youll be responsible for developing and driving the sales and growth of our existing Spare parts business and new Services businesses that we are launching in 2022.Our new Services business consists of four industry revolutionising services, and as Head of Sales it will be your job to implement a range of sales strategies that acquires and retains new customers for these services whilst continuing to grow our marketshare in the spare parts market.Consequently, we are looking for a Head of Sales with the ability to successfully drive sales growth across a wide range of channels including merchant, distribution and software.Interesting, right Read on to find out more about our new Head of Sales position!The Role:The majority of our branches still rely on physical sales within branches to generate sales. Unlike other sectors (taxis, takeaways, retail, travel) the plumbing and heating sector has yet to be revolutionised by technology.We will be the ones to change that!As our Head of Sales, youll work directly within our Spares division that is part of Highbourne Group (Highbourne Group includes brands such as City Plumbing, Direct Heating Spares, National Shower Spares, FaultFinder, Plumbworld, The Bathroom Showroom,Plumbnation, and The Underfloor Heating Store).We currently sell physical spare parts for Gas Boilers, Showers and Bathrooms within our stores but we plan to evolve away into a 360 digital services/SaaS model where cost saving, efficiency, and environmental impact are sold as value adders.This is where YOU come in as our new Head of Sales.To give you an idea, youll work on implementing the sales strategy for our new Digital Services business, allowing us to onboard new customers and drive Sales and retention.
