Group Clinical Director (Interim) - £500 - £700 p/d Must be Doctor or Conusltant Psychiatrist (Addictions) Location: Central London (can work from home on occasions, travel to business locations when required)Hours: 37.5 per week Here at Linq we are lookingfor a qualified and competent Clinical Director, to work within a dynamic detox and rehabilitation provider who specialise in addictions and substance misuse. This role is a new vacancy, and you will be heavily involved in the continual development of servicesacross the group using a collaborative approach with other directorates and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and directing everything from employees to technology and operations. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:To be anactive and involved member of the Executive Management teamOverall Clinical Governance responsibility of the Group, directly reporting to the CEO and Board of TrusteesProvide timely, accurate and effective direction regarding complex referralsProvide suitablelevels of onsite support with complex service usersDevise strategies and plans for the substance, alcohol misuse and addiction servicesSupport with the development and continually improvement of the Group mental health service delivery in both residentialand outreach settingsOversee the quality of all service user/patient care or administrative operations and programsTo lead and organise regular meetings and forums for different parties including referring agencies, partner organisations, external cliniciansetc.Direct, develop and supervise senior clinical staff providing constructive feedbackContract management for partnered clinical services, including GP practicesProvide personnel with training and opportunities for continuous development in both clinicaland non-clinical settingsProvide strategic and senior operational leadership and knowledge for clinical delivery within the group, developing their expertise to lead the field in innovative practice and high professional standardsEnsure a high level of in-housetechnical expertise and understanding as regards clinical health care across all staff tiersAppraise performance and appropriately manage outcomes through the relevant Social Interest Group policies and proceduresMonitor compliance to legal guidelines, internalpolicies, and quality standards as appropriate They will also consider taking any successful Interim on a permanent basis.
