We are seeking a meticulous and strategic Director of Client Services. Based from one of their North-West offices, you will oversee the strategic direction of the client services team, ensuring the client base is receiving market leading service an solutions.Client Details This business is a leading provider of software solutions Description As Director of Client Services, you will: Oversee service delivery. Support client base by providing training and development of services. Set and monitor team KPI objectivesto ensure customers receive support within agreed time-frames. Set and executive overall strategy to build, grow and developed client relationships. Budget responsibility Oversee operation processes, implementing new strategies to improve overall delivery.Recruit, coach and develop team as required to support overall service delivery objectives. Gather market intelligence on trends, customer feedback, etc. and work worth product development team to enhance software offering. Ensure service delivery adheresto industry practice regulations. Profile As Director of Client Services, you should have: A track record in a similar role, whether client services, customer success, service delivery, etc. A strong working knowledge of SARs, Outcome Focused Regulation, Cashiering,Legal Services, Accountancy and Payroll, etc. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent strategic planning and business development skills. Strong ability to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Excellent communication andpresentation skills.
