What you will do as Dialysis Nurse Manager: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the dialysis service across two hospitals and the holiday dialysis programme,you will oversee finances, recruitment, shift planning, audits, and advise on dialysis policy to the wider clinical teams within the business. Maintaining a clinical role you will also manage your own case load of patients, administering dialysis and ensuringpatients have a positive experience. You must be an NMC Registered Nurse with a proven track record working within dialysis (and have completed your Renal Nursing qualification) and managing nursing teams.
