QC Legal is excited to partner with our global client, in the pursuit of a dynamic and visionary Company Secretarial to become a vital part of their esteemed Manchester Office. Your Role in the Spotlight:
  • Quoted Clients Advisory: Engage in advising quoted clients on legal and regulatory compliance, along with corporate governance matters. Take responsibility for assisting in the incorporation process for new companies.
  • Document Preparation and Maintenance: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of various documents and tools, including email reminders, board minute templates, Companies House forms, and updating statutory registers. Your attention to detail willbe pivotal in ensuring accuracy.
  • Global Regulatory Support: Support the preparation and collation of forms and necessary documents for Companies House, as well as other overseas company registries and regulatory bodies. Be part of the global regulatory compliance landscape.
  • Administrative Excellence: Provide valuable support for handling correspondence, queries, information collation, and participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Your administrative prowess will be the backbone of the teams success.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research on legislative, regulatory, and governance developments/changes, contributing to the firms commitment to staying ahead in the legal landscape.
About You:
  • ICSA Qualified or Committed: Part or fully ICSA qualified or committed to working towards this qualification, showcasing your dedication to professional growth.
  • Professional Services Understanding: Previous experience within a professional services organization or a strong understanding of its requirements, coupled with a clear understanding of the importance of high standards of client care and attentionto detail.
  • Communication Mastery: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, recognizing the importance of effective communication in a global legal environment.
  • Team Player: Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive working environment.
  • Tech-Savvy Advantage: Capable of maintaining databases to a high standard, with experience using Diligent Entities considered advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proactive and Flexible: Exhibit the ability to work proactively under your initiative, manage time pressures, and handle multiple projects simultaneously with flexibility to adapt to shifting expectations.
