Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity HCL Mental Health are looking for Registered Mental Health Nurses to work in the Greater Manchester area!You will be joining the adult community team. With the core responsibility of;- Undertaking initial assessments for suitability for the service.- Care Coordinating a caseload of individuals across a mix of Standard Care, CPA and Assertive Outreach clinical pathways.- Undertaking Care Act Assessments.- Working under the Care Programme Approach, coordinating care through the CPA.- Undertaking S42 Adult Safeguarding Investigations.- Assessing and applying for funded packages of care.- Supporting and working with carers- Undertake duty work, screening queries and crises as they arise, planning and coordinating an appropriate response.- Working alongside the MDT and other services, including Home Based Treatment, Inpatient Units, housing, social services and emergency services.Location: Greater Manchester Setting: CommunityBanding: 6Start Date: AsapDuration: OngoingSalary: £25/26About HCL Mental HealthHCL Mental Health (part of HCL Workforce Solutions) is one of the UKs leading suppliers of high quality mental health professionals.
