Commercial Property Legal Secretary12 month contractUp to £28kSouth ManchesterA highly regarded law firm in South Manchester is looking to recruit an experienced legal secretary to join their commercial property team for a 12 month contract.Working in the established commercial property team, you will provide support in the main to the Head of Department covering audio typing, submitting forms to SDLT, using the land registry portal, file management, fielding calls, diary management, booking meetings/conferencesand general administration.The role is full time Monday - Friday office based initially with a view to go to hybrid working 2-3 days at home. To be considered for the role, it is essential you have solid legal secretarial experience within a property team (commercial or residential)as experience of using the land registry portal is vital. Candidates without the property experience unfortunately will not be considered.The office is based close to major road networks and public transport links.
