Chef (Wendys)IMMEDIATE HIRING: WE ARE LOOKING FOR MOTIVATED PEOPLE THAT LOVE FOOD, COOKING AND IS EXPERIENCED IN RESTAURANT KITCHENSWHO WE ARE:*With REEF KITCHENS, we enable restaurants to reach more people in the most attractive neighborhoods in hundreds of new citieswithout additional capitalby providing turnkey solutions for food preparation and delivery staging and fulfillment.Moreconsumers are utilizing food delivery services every day, and while this means more opportunities for restaurants, it also means more challenges and complexity to be managed.OurREEF KITCHENSallow for on-site food preparation and our centralized locations serve as an optimal base for food delivery services, so your customers get their meals exactly as you intend them to-fast and fresh.Job DescriptionThe Line Chef will work under the Kitchen Manager / Kitchen Supervisor & each Line chef will be responsible for three sections, Grills, Fryers & Production Line.Responsibilities:

  • Sets up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
  • Handles, stores and rotates all products properly
  • Cooks menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Follows Executive Chefs and Kitchen Managers instructions at all times
  • Follows proper technics and proper presentation for all dishes
  • Ensures that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • Practices correct food handling and food storage procedures according to company and state regulations
  • Complies with all nutrition, sanitation and safety regulations and standards
  • Maintains a positive, respectful, professional approach, communication and workplace conduct with team members
  • Reports all unsafe working conditions, operational needs and equipment or aspects of the kitchen in need of repair to management

  • While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel.
  • Incumbent is occasionally required to taste or smell
  • Push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs on a weekly basis.
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and work in a standing position for a long period of time
Work Environment:
  • Must be comfortable working in a shared space, with constant noise, without the use of a private office
  • Must be able to cope with frequent changing priorities and deadlines with a high degree of optimism, professionalism & collaboration
  • Schedules may vary from week to week based on business demands in excess of 40 hours with or without notice including weekends, nights, holidays
