Job Description - Associate Sales EngineerA Global leader in email security is looking to further strengthen their team by appointing an Associate Sales Engineer who will report directly to the CTO and assist them in their drive to grow our Clients customer base across the EMEA region.This role will form an integral part of a team of experts whose primary focus is to promote and grow the Clients customer base.   • The Role:
  • Using your language skills and a consultative approach, youll be at the front line, dealing with customers issues and ensuring an outstanding level of customer service is achieved across the EMEA region.
  • Generate meaningful sales forecasts. Understand, support, and contribute to strategic sales process planning, determine POC criteria. Present evidence on the value of our clients solutions based on customer data and close on all key account in your designated region.
  • Dive into and understand our clients business issues with a vue to presenting value engineering opportunities - progress these opportunities through the sales process to closure. Throughout this process seek to co-ordinate the clients technical, financial, operational, and business requirements with results that satisfy those needs.
  • Youll be expected to manage the technical relationships with key customers and be fully involved in closing strategic opportunities.
  • To develop key relationships, youll travel for face-to-face client meetings within your region. This will only be when the COVID-19 guidelines permit.
  • What Youll Need:
  • Desirable - 2nd language, Spanish, French, German, and BS / BA Degree education.
  • Proficient - salesforce, MS Office, Google Apps.
  • Experience with the following - SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC - a big plus.
  • 2yrs prior experience in a direct / indirect sales engineering position.
  • Experience if the following - SAAS solutions / selling of Enterprise security software.
  • A demonstrable record of forming and growing successful relationships.
  • The ability to manage many complex sales campaigns whilst maintaining a consultative sales approach.
  • Comfortable working with our inside teams such as sales and sales operations.
  • A well-established network of decision makers.
