Job Title: Process Controllers and Machine MindersShift: Monday to Friday either 6am-14:18pm or 14:12pm-22:30pmSalary: £12.84 per hourLocation: Great Witchingham, NR9 5QDFree transport from Great Yarmouth or NorwichJob type: PermanentBernard Matthews are looking for experienced and skilled Process Controllers and Machine Minders to join the team at Great Witchingham for seasonal work.Principal Accountabilities:

Supporting the shift and department manager
Maintaining and checking the production lines
Ensuring product quality and specifications are compliant
Filling out paperwork accurately
Following Health and Safety procedures
Ensure optimal efficiency of production
Ensure quality is controlled
Following all Health and Safety policies and procedures
Delivering KPI objectives
Ensure effective communication within the team

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as a Machine Minder or Process Controller
Previous experience in manufacturing
Previous experience within the food industry
Good level of written and spoken English
HACCAP awareness and compliance
Food Hygiene and Safety awareness
Effective communication skills
Ability to self-motivate
