  • Implement strategies to develop and expand our brand and recruitment services within temporary and permanent recruitment.
  • Continually meet and exceed the expectations of clients with their temporary and permanent recruitment needs.
  • Ensure the company hits its strategic targets around regional growth and profit maximisation.
  • Liaise and collaborate with other branches and divisions to ensure wider business opportunities are identified.
  • Monitor and ensure performance and personal development of all team members.
What are we looking for
  • Full UK Drivers Licence with own vehicle.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building and networking skills.
  • Experience gained within recruitment, ideally within the industrial sector.
  • A self- starter to achieve tasks and overcome problems as well as provide direction for others.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership experience or abilities.
