This role is based in Driffield and offers a April 2024 start. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about contributingpositively to the education of young learners.Responsibilities:

Classroom Management:Supervise pupils during the absence of a teacher, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
Lesson Delivery:Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of primary subjects, adapting as necessary to suit the needs of different age groups and abilities.
Engagement and Support:Engage pupils in their learning, providing assistance and support to individuals as needed.
Behaviour Management:Implement school behaviour policies effectively, maintaining discipline and fostering a positive classroom atmosphere.
Administrative Tasks:Assist with the preparation of resources and classroom setups, as well as managing any immediate administrative tasks related to teaching.

Requirements:

Experience in Education:Previous experience working within primary education is desirable.
Educational Background:A UK degree or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role is preferred.
Strong Classroom Management Skills:Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
Flexibility and Adaptability:Capable of adapting to varying teaching settings and pupil needs.
Commitment to Professional Development:A willingness to participate in further training and development opportunities.
