Are you a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) looking for a placement in the new academic year Are you looking at working in a school that could support your teacher induction year Do you live in the East Riding of Yorkshire or surrounding areas Teaching Personnel is recruiting Newly Qualified Teachers to support you with finding a job for September!Teaching Personnel works with schools across Driffield and surrounding areas, who trust us to find the right fit for their permanent and temporary vacancies. Joining Teaching Personnels NQT Pool will give you access to potential employers and valuable support as you look to start your teaching career in these unprecedented times.When you join Teaching Personnels NQT Pool, our consultants will build up an in-depth profile of your skills, abilities and personality and discuss your job aspirations. We will also cover what additional support you may need to access from our support packs to make the start to your career a success.We then take the profile we have built up (which can include a short video introduction, if you are up to it!) and speak to schools looking to recruit Newly Qualified Teachers to find the perfect match between you and the school.The NQT Pool from Teaching Personnel offers real benefits for you:

  • Removes the burden of making multiple job applications during these challenging times
