Job Description

Hr Payroll Administratorrole responsibilities:
  • Accurately collate all payroll documents for issue to outsourced payroll company, resolving any issues that arise
  • Check and authorise final reports from the outsourced payroll company
  • Co-ordinate and keep track of all variations to pay, including overtime, and expenses etc
  • Accurately input salary and expenses data into the online banking system for authorisation
  • Ensure any post payroll payments are made in an accurate and timely manner
  • Provide HR advice and support to managers for formal meetings
  • Monitor attendance, including short-term sickness
  • Manage and process new starters and leavers
  • Prepare offer letters,contractsand variation to contracts
  • Prepare reference checks, leaver letters and all other associated documents required in the employment cycle
  • Assist with HR projects and general administration duties as and when required
  • Support and set-up pensions and ensure contributions via Payroll and pensions submissions balance with control accounts
  • Time and Attendance reporting and data
