We are looking for an enthusiastic, cheerful person to join the Nursing Team. We would prefer the applicant to have experience of working within a GP practiceand it would be beneficialif you had previously used EMIS and DOCMAN computer systems, but would be happy to train the right person.The Practice Nurse will be able to assess the nursing needs of patients. They will be expected to provide appropriate care/treatment in conjunction with the GP or independently, as appropriate and according to practice policy, protocols etc. The Practice Nurse will advise patients in general health care and minor ailments with referral to General Practitioners when necessary.Please feel free to call the Office Manager to arrange an informal meeting, or if you would like to discuss the position.
