We work with trending topics of the moment like disclosures, real time data and are solving for challenges like green- / social washing, private companydata, ESG data products etc.As a Business Analytics SA in our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) team, you will help us define the analytics capabilities that address ESG alphabet soup: integration, portfolio optimization, ratings frameworks discrepancies, Index & strategymanagement, data collection, climate change scenarios, sustainable finance etc. You will be comfortable in a client situation, have good active listening skills and be good at putting pieces of the puzzle together. Youll bring experience in PPT story tellingwith client presentations, pitches and proposals, have a keen eye for detail and be a quick thinker to adapt to the different client needs.We value strategic thinking to the data and subject-matter-expertise approach and an end-to-end experience across the capital markets constituents that continuously engages and builds trust with our customers

• We need someone who can get a high-level understanding of the ESG construct and talk to clients about how to bridge their business gaps
• The position will include refining and developing customer journey maps and personas, performing research, identifying data wells of unrefined data and refining / contextualizing the data for our end goal
• Your analytical skills will be put to good use in the research processes where youll help dissect complex non-traditional data into actionable insights

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work with sales executives to identify and mine new prospects and opportunities
• Interface with clients and helping to address their needs while using a consultative approach
• Keep a pulse on the market at large and identify what the market needs and where the space is evolving to
• Design marketing campaigns to aid with lead-generation
• Compile solutions for specific business problems by identifying the right components/capabilities within out teams
• Work with the data and solutions teams in a cross-functional fashio on their roadmaps to continue to deepen and broaden our offerings and capabilities

Skills needed:

• 6+ years client facing consulting experience, ideally for one of the big-4
• Experience in financial services or Fintech, ideally within Asset Management
• Concise, straight forward communication skills
• Strong PPT & Excel skills
• Ability to bridge the gap between the business need and technical requirements within an interdisciplinary, virtual team; experience identifying data and capabilities required to solve a business problem
• Ability to think creatively in identifying and stitching together client solutions
• Experience with dashboard development, specifically the ability to draw actionable insights from data is a strong plus
• ESG background a plus but not mandatory
