Job Description

Im delighted to be working alongside a research company south of Cambridge for a Finance Assistantpart-time (two days a week) maternity leave cover.Reporting to the Financial Controller, youll manage essential finance functions, collaborate on process enhancements, and contribute to system improvements. This 3-9 month opportunity offers a glimpse into the dynamic biotech sector.Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
Collaborate on finance process improvements.
Validate data and assist in system enhancements.

Requirements:

Previous purchase ledger/invoice processing experience.
Proficiency in payment management.
Skills in Excel and accounting software.
Sage experience is advantageous.
Strong communication and teamwork.
