RF Systems & Design Lead with a background involving the design of radio transceivers will join the dynamic team of an established Technical Consultancy on the outskirts of Cambridge. Salary to C£70K + a huge range of great benefits.With proven leadership skills, a minimum of a 2.1 Degree qualification in an Electronics related discipline and with extensive experience in the design of RF Electronics at circuit level, the successful RF Systems Lead Engineer will work closely with customersto take new ideas from concept into reality.It is essential that you bring an in-depth understanding of the fundamentals underlying the real-world engineering of systems that have a basis in radio; specifically experience in the definition and engineering of new radio communications and/or radar systems.In this RF Systems Lead role you will use your technical abilities to turn client requirements into reality; from feasibility studies, through the generation of prototype system block diagrams and module specifications as well as putting your schematic leveldesign into practice.You must possess strong communication skills, be confident discussing technical matters with non-technical customers and will be encouraged to contribute innovative ideas.
