Job Description

Project Administrator£13.18 per hour, full time but part time will be considered (at least 22hrs)Location: Cambourne, Sackville HouseHybrid - will be discussed at the interviewInitially temporary until March 2023 with opportunity to be extended for additional 12 weeks.Are you looking for your next temporary roleAre you strong administratorOpus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Cambridgeshire County Council for a temporary Project Administrator to support their Climate Change and Energy Team.As a Project Administrator you will assist the project manager with the organisation of the installation of heating systems at customers properties, liaising between our contractor and the customers to ensure they are kept up to date on progress, appointmentsbooked in and confirmed so that installations are completed at time specified and there is a high level of customer satisfaction.Main duties are:

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence with customers & providing information to customers as required
  • Data entry and maintaining up to date information on the Customer Relationship Management system
  • Arranging and managing external pre-installations surveys at customers premises
  • Formatting and issuing the surveys to customers and ensuring these are approved prior to the installation
  • Speaking to customer and contractors to coordinate scheduling of installations at customers premises. Monitoring progress.
  • Managing communication with our customers to ensure they are kept up to date on their installation of their heating system
  • Managing the removal of redundant items through our licenced contractor and the customer.
  • Supporting the project manager with the production of highlight reports
  • Supporting the project manager with the production of contractor instructions
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Filing all relevant documents
The ideal candidate will have exceptional IT skills, proven administration skills, data entry, maintaining customer records, taking accurate minutes at meetings, scheduling diaries and have experience handling customer calls and dealing with customer enquiries.For more information please apply now!
