Lettings Property Manager - Great Barr - £25k (Full or Part time)My client is a leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand and due to an increase in Lettings business, they are looking for an experienced Property Manager with experience within Lettings Property Management. Ideally ARLA qualified or have a goodunderstanding of lettings legislation, you will need the ability to deal with high pressure situations. This role will require someone with Lettings Property Management experience. This role is offered on a full or part time basis.This role will include all aspects of Property Management including building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, actioning works, carrying out inspections and check outs, issuing section notices, collection of servicecharge payments for leasehold properties, deposit management and dealing with general lettings administration.Key Skills Required for the Lettings Property Management Role:
