Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Great Barr - up to £23k basic £30k packageA fabulous opportunity has arisen to join this leading, multi branch independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established for many years in the Birmingham area. Due to continued growth they are now looking for an experienced Estate AgentSales Negotiator to join their team. They are looking for someone with at least 6 months experience working as a Sales Negotiator and ideally with local area knowledge. This is a great opportunity to join this really friendly team where ongoing training andcareer progression is highly encouraged.Main Duties for the Estage Agent Sales Negotiator Role:

Meeting and registering new applicants
Organising and carrying out viewings
Maintain regular contact with Clients and applicants
Arrange, organise and conduct viewings
Negotiate any offers received
Have an in-depth understanding of the local market place
Work closely with the Manager to identify new business opportunities and maximise them
Selling other services including solicitors and financial services

Skills Required:

Previous estate agency sales experience essential
Great customer service skills
Good people skills
Smart, well-spoken and articulate
Ambitious, self-motivated and driven
Full UK driving license and car owner essential
