Company DescriptionJob DescriptionWarehouse Team Leader - DaysSalary £28,98340 Hours per week The start time will vary from 05:30 – 07:00GranthamAs a Warehouse Team Leader within our Grantham Depot, you’ll be a valuable member of the team - leading by example to ensure your team are delivering the very best service to our customers. You’ll manage productivity levels to ensure picking targets aremet and work closely with the Shift Manager to plan the shifts’ work, utilising all team members effectively.As Warehouse Team Leader on our Day Shift you will have a rotating shift pattern:

  • Week 1 – Monday – Friday
  • Week 2 – Sunday – Friday with a down day in the week (Weds)
You’ll be responsible for completing administration tasks – both for the operation and your team, so you will need an eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and in a timely manner.To join us as a Warehouse Team Leader you will have previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse operation. You’ll live and breathe Customer First, andyou’ll enjoyworking as part of a bigger team with adedicated focus on results. You’ll havegood communication skills and be able to build strong working relationships with your team members quickly.
