Job Description

Grantham / HybridFull Time or Part Time Hours ConsideredSalary up to circa £50,000 per annum depending on experience + Excellent Benefits PackageWe are working in partnership with one of the UK’s top regional accountancy firms, who are looking to attract an experienced Commercial Property Solicitorto join their highly supportive and friendly legal services team, based in Grantham, East Midlands, with home working offered up to 4 days per week if desired.This organisation are committed to developing talent and they encourage ambitious individuals to progress their careers and expand their professional and personal development.At the same time, they encourage a good work life balance and offer a highly flexible working environment to support this including flexible hours, hybrid working, and an excellent benefits package.In this role, you will be expected to have a strong knowledge in a variety of commercial property matters and experience of conveyancing. An understanding of commercial property and small business transactions is essential, alongside purchase/sale transactionsand leases.In addition to handling your own caseload of files you will be expected to provide support to other members of the team.The role will involve:

  • Providing legal advice and assistance to existing clients
  • Managing a caseload of Commercial Property matters and giving guidance to others in the team
  • Handling commercial property transactions from the initial client contact through to completion, such as sale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold premises, landlord and tenant matters, acquisition and sale of property for development, andacting for pension schemes, trusts, and companies
  • Providing outstanding client care at all times
Suitable candidates will have
  • Fully qualified status as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, ideally with 1-3 years PQE or more
  • Experience running your own commercial property caseload
  • A sound understanding of commercial property law
  • Excellent communication skills
