The customer service team ensuresthe best possible buyer experience with enthusiasm, professionalism, and excellent knowledge of their product lines.Youll be joining a small and friendly team, based in custom built office and manufacturing premises in the beautiful Vale of Belvoir.About the role:You will be a first point of contact for our customers, so providing outstanding support will be the heart of your role. Providing brilliant service by answering emails and telephone calls in a timely manner, from initial enquiries through to product troubleshootingand after sales care will be the backbone of your day.Your duties will also include:- Creating and proactively following up on quotations- Processing website orders- Managing the customer return process- Staying up to date with our product offering and systemsThe Ideal Candidate will have:- At least one years experience in a Customer Service role- Excellent computer skills including experience of the Microsoft Office suite (mainly Word and Excel)- A positive, can-do attitude and enthusiasm for assisting colleagues where needed- Great team working skills while also able to work effectively on your own- Keen to constantly develop knowledge of products and systems to effectively assist our customers- Good eye for detail and accuracy- Ability to work to deadlines and stay calm under pressure- Happy to assist with face-to-face enquiries from visitorsHours of working:- Monday - Tuesday 8.00am - 5.30pm- Wednesday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm- Friday - 9.00am - 3.30pmBenefits:- A relaxed and friendly working environment in modern, custom-built premises- Free on-site parking- Annual leave of 20 days plus Bank Holidays, increasing after 2 years of service- Pension and private medical insurance with Aviva, including dental and eyecare- Annual shutdown over the Christmas period- A new caf on the business estate serving locally roasted 200 Degrees coffee, plus free tea and whole bean coffee in our kitchen- Attractive village location offering shops, supermarkets, a post office and other amenities as well as access to a daily snack van providing hot and cold food and drinkThe applicant will ideally have their own means of transport, as there is limited public transport to the location.
