Job Description

The Gi Group are currently recruiting for a warehouse operative for our client based in Govan. This role is a long term temporary position with potential to go permanent. This position will including driving therefore all applicants must hold a Full UK driving licence.This role will include:- Picking & packing orders- Getting orders ready to be shipped- Driving to and from client sites, unloading van and re-stocking siteHourly Rate:- £10.50 per hour, increasing to £10.70 per hour after 12 weeksHours:- Monday to Thursday - 07:15 to 15:45- Friday - 07:15 to 14:15What we are looking for: Previous experience working within a fast paced warehouse environment A full UK licence (no more than 6 points) Held relevant licence for over 1 year Van driving experience FLT Licence is beneficial but not required Suitable candidate must be over 23 years old due to insurance purposesAll candidates must be able to pass a DBS Check and must be physically capable of lifting up to 20kg, this role can be intense & will include heavy lifting.
