Provide Nursing care and meet the needs of patients. Ensuring the quality standards of care for patients is being met. Ensure Financial/Staff and Clinical governance is met by providing adequate safe staffing levels to work as part of the wider nursing team ensuring whole system patient flow and unscheduled care performance is achieved. To provide specialist skills and role modelling in order to ensure that CAS standards are implemented and maintained.
