We are looking for a caring, hardworking individuals to join our team and provide a high standard of care to patients within this new 25 bedded ward. The Major Trauma ward in Queen Elizabeth University Hospital will care for Major trauma patients from across the West of Scotland. Staff will gain skills in the care of a wide variety of injuries – for example Orthopedic Trauma, Vascular injuries, blunt and penetrating trauma, trauma in the elderly and acute brain injury. The ward will have a combination of patients admitted directly from Emergency Department and transfers from Critical Care department. You will work closely with the dynamic multi-disciplinary team to ensure a high standard of acute care and rehabilitation is provided for patients to support their recovery.
