We promote a culture of inclusion across the organisation and are proud of the diverse workforce we have.An experienced Clinical Psychologist is required to provide a specialised clinical psychology service to clients of WestMARC including amputees, wheelchair users and carers, across all sectors of care; providing highly specialist psychological assessment and therapy at the same time as offering advice and consultation on clients’ psychological care to non-psychologist colleagues and to other, non professional carers, working autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the team’s policies and procedures.Applicants should be HCPC registered as a clinical psychologist with post-graduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology (or its equivalent for those trained prior to 1996) as accredited by the BPS or HCPC, including specifically models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics and neuropsychology, two or more distinct psychological therapies and lifespan developmental psychology.As holding current full professional registration is an essential requirement for the post, candidates who do not complete the professional registration section of the application form or who do not hold current full registration may not be considered for shortlistingPlease note the salary is Pro Rata for part time hoursInformal Contact: John Colvin, email: , phone numberShift Pattern: Within 08.30 to 4.30 Monday - Friday (pattern to be agreed)Closing Date: 23/04/2021
