We have 2 posts available.You will a provide direct clinical care with a highly complex caseload incorporating patient assessment, treatment and discharge from care, within the in-patient Stroke service across Glasgow. These posts facilitate timely and supported discharge from hospital through the provision of specialist rehabilitation for patients with a diagnosis of a new stroke. The key responsibilities of the service are to play a proactive role in the discharge process as well as providing ongoing therapeutic management and care for patients.It is essential you have a Degree / Diploma in Occupational Therapy with current HCPC registration. you should have highly specialist knowledge and application of occupational therapy practice within specialist clinical field of Stroke.
