We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our busy Emergency Department at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. We require individuals who have excellent communication and organisational skills and who can excel in a highly pressured environment. You will assist the trained nursing staff in the delivery of a range of patient care procedures and provide basic nursing care to patients including extended skills e.g.: Venepuncture and Cannulation.You will preferably have had previous hospital experience in an acute setting. The post is full time, 12 hour shifts, day shift/night shift rotation. This post requires membership of Disclosure Scotlands PVG Scheme.
