Job Description

Business Administrator; Location: Govan, Glasgow; 8-month Contract; £11.50ph; Inside IR35 We are looking to recruit a temporary business administrator to work at our client. BAE Systems Govan Site. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to Production Supervisors as part of the Integrated Work Team ensuring daily delivery of key production support processes. Accurately report progress against all maintenance tasks, recording completion on the system Support and Enable the Team by organising support trades and services, and ensuring the availability of the correct tooling or environmentSubmitting requests for scaffolding, extraction etc. Provide all reports, paperwork, and system interrogation for daily maintenance Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all internal customers, partners and interfaces, attending meetings and briefs as necessary To prepare the information for a supervisor in regard to all company / departmental policies, rules and regulations (e.g., disciplinary policy and attendance management policy)Pull information in relation to attendance Ensure that adequate updates are available for the team, and that all updates flow down to the job. To enable resource, shift and overtime activities. This includes return to work interviews paperwork, administering time off paperwork, documenting effective shift handovers Provide the Team with standard practices/procedures and/or process instructions, utilising the BMS as a source of these standards. To facilitate the team by interacting with the planning and transport departments to release materials and have them delivered to the work face for use by the team. Input data for: performance management / PDR, TIPQA, RT Work, HRCN, Holiday Forms. Manage Time and Attendance for team, inputting information into MyO, completing timesheets, addressing exceptions and co-ordinating absence and holiday data. Support the recording of safety and workplace inspection records recording and controlling actions arising. Candidates should have previous administration experience and be proficient in the use of MS Office packages.
