New Homes Sales AdvisorNottingham / DerbySalary £26,000 with OTE c£40,000Thursday to MondayAre you able to offer great customer service levels whilst still achieving sales targets This developer offers a great product and is looking to add to its team of New Home Sales Advisors.The site consists of mixed plots of 2-3-4- bedroom properties and will run for over 2 years still. As the Sales Advisor, you will be the company ambassador, representing this exciting and growing brand. We are looking for a Sales Advisor who is adaptable, energetic,organised and with a big passion for customers.Reporting to the Sales Manager and being responsible for all site sales and customer experiences duties will include;* Follow up leads with a view to making appointments for customers to view show homes and/or stock plots and making the most effective use of sales tools on site including interactive platforms* Respond to all leads and enquiries* Organise customer appointments* Meeting & greeting potential clients* Managing and taking control of the sales process* Presenting the homes and successfully negotiating/tracking sales* Providing an excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations* Reporting on sales against targets* Dealing with estate agents, mortgage advisors, and solicitors* To be actively involved with all parties to achieve legal completion* Maintain weekly contact with existing customers on all aspects of the process.* Receive complaints/issues/concerns from customers and ensure that appropriate action is taken to address them.* Ensure that all potential purchasers are financially qualified* Handling telephone enquiries from customers* Be aware of CML inspection and completion dates* Liaise with the Sales Manager and Site Managers to understand targets and build progress* Ensure the sales office, show homes, domo units, stock plots and associated gardens are well maintained, cleaned and kept up to date* Operate within company and Government COVID guidelinesCandidates must have had previous experience in a similar role. You will have proven sales experience and will be used to a target orientated working environment. You will have previous experience in New Home Sales and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentwhich requires high levels of organisation and motivation.
