Job Description

A leading American investment bank is looking to continue building out their technology and product design teams with a focus on offering best in class digital experiences and services to their clients. As part of this growth mandate, the team is lookingto bring on a number of UX resources to both their Glasgow based technology hub.As a Lead/Senior UX Designer, you will leverage your deep understanding of research and experience design for digital products. This is a hands-on research and design role where you will be working highly cross functionally with other researchers, productdesigners, content writers, product managers, engineers, and wider business partners. You will be directly responsible for decisions that form our client and advisor experiences for various banking, trading and advice platforms.The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 5+ years experience working across to end to end product & UX design, hypothesis testing, research, customer journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, mockups.
  • Experience working with financial services products - investment management, trading, advisory, pensions, banking exposure highly favourable but not essential, strong B2C brand experience will be key.
  • Strong stakeholder communiction and management skills as this will be a heavy internal facing and business partner type of role.
