Brightwork have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Event Coordinator to join our well established client at their offices in Glasgow City.This is a temporary ongoing assignment - with hours of work to be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (with some flexibility on occasion to meet business needs)Working within their busy offices, the successful candidate will join the team in providing key support to the Event Team. Support the business in planning, operations and organisation of key events with the organisation. Acting as a main point of contact for external/internal stakeholders - mailbox/enquiry as well as social media management alongside attending meetings. Assisting clients/guest with admin support, booking travel/accommodation, handling expenses and tracking expenditure.
