They are a leading specialist installer of Ventilation, Renewable Energy and Electrical packages for a range of clients including housebuilders, local authorities and housing associations.Due to demand for their services they are now seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic apprentice to join their team.The main purpose of this role will be to provide office support to the wider team.8:30am5pm Mon to Thurs & 8:30am12:30pm FriVacancy DescriptionAnswering calls from customers and dealing with their queriesBooking maintenance appointments for clients and updating Excel database with confirmations Daily use of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word & ExcelManaging online diaries and appointments for engineers along with issuing worksheets for each appointmentUpdating maintenance databaseRaising Purchase OrdersCarrying out both electronic & hard copy filingBasic HR duties including maintenance of online filesMaking sure all CITB registrations are up to dateUsing in house Atlas Platform for further training & development along with using Citation for HR & H&SDaily orders of stock and ensuring engineers have correct equipment to carry out jobLiaising with the external staff/suppliersDesirable SkillsGood IT skills including the use of the Microsoft Office, Word, ExcelExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a varied & occasionally very busy workload effectivelyWillingness to learn any new task and to problem solveTeam playerGood time keeping
